Refund Policy

RETURNS

You may return most new and unopened items sold and fulfilled within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less the original shipping and handling costs. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Choosing the wrong size is not our error – if you are unsure of what size to order, please feel free to contact us and we can advise you to the best of our ability.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks of mailing your return shipment, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes: the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Please note it may take your bank several business days to process the return to your account. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a store credit.

To submit a return:

Go to the “My Account” page and click on the order the item is in for return under Orders (See Orders). There you will see a list of any activity you have had in the Rock and Roll T Shirts store. Click on the date of the order you wish to return, and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see a button that says: “Request a Return”. Follow the instructions there and then mail your request, the item and a copy of your packing slip to our warehouse. The return info is all included on your original packing slip.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us directly via email or phone. Our customer service department can handle your exchange depending on your request. If you have any further questions please contact us at: csr@rockandrolltshirts.com

If you want to exchange items in your order, please make sure to include a check for $10.00 made payable to Dreamer Media LLC. This fee covers our restocking fee and shipment of exchange item back to you. Also include in package, you order #, name, phone number, address, and email. Please specify the correct size/item that you need. International orders need to call our office to make arrangements for exchanges – please call 615-258-1026 x405
