Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We fulfill orders daily from our warehouse; but please allow up to 5 business days from the date the order was placed to be shipped, in case an order has a product that needs to be printed on demand.  Please allow extra time during the winter holidays. Once your order ships via the method of shipping you pay for at the time of placing your order, please allow for that delivery time.  If your order takes longer to process and fulfill, please contact us via e-mail with your order #. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, and those days do not count against the 5 business day time frame. If your billing and shipping address do not match, your order may be declined. Please include in the comments area a detailed reason as to why your billing and shipping addresses do not match, and we may then process your order if the explanation is reasonable. We base our shipping charges on the weight of your order. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. For all methods of delivery, we recommend that someone be available to accept the package.  We apologize if your order takes longer than expected.

Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. EST (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays and holidays within the United States) will not be processed until the following business day.

 

  *Please note USPS has been experiencing longer than normal delivery times.

 

    • US Domestic orders ship by default through USPS as we have negotiated the best rates. 

 

    • All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS.

 

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Including Canada)

International Shipping Options: Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the contents of your order and the country to which the order is being shipped. To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You do not enter any credit card information until the shipping method and cost has been selected.

 

Basic International Shipping Information:

 

    • International orders ship via USPS Expedited and USPS International Priority. Unfortunately, via USPS we are not provided signature delivery so we cannot guarantee delivery.

 

Check Your Order Status

We automatically send you a confirmation email at the time of order, then a tracking email once your order has been filled; if you do not see these emails please check your spam folder for emails from csr@dreamermedia.com. If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, contact us at csr@drockandrolltshirts,com with your ORDER NUMBER. 

 

Lost/Not Received Packages

We do not offer refunds or replacements on lost packages. There have been delays and tracking issues nationwide with carriers and unfortunately we have no control once the package leaves our facility. We also have no control over theft or delivery to the wrong address. If you do not receive a package, you will need to contact your local carrier office for more information.
